Hallo Argentina,

willkommen bei uns!

In Bezug auf Safaga und eine Behandlung der Psoriasis dort habe ich immer nur von diesem Hotel gehört: http://menaville-resort.com/german/psoriasis.htm

Aber mir scheint, Du könntest Dich auch in günstigeren Hotels oder Ferienwohnungen einquartieren und Dich mit Sonne und Baden (und reichlich neutraler Pflegecreme) selbst behandeln.
