Wohltaten für die Haare.

täglich: Schuppen bekämpfen mit erwämten Apfelessig 1:1 (1 Teil Essig, 1 Teil Wasser), der mit einem Pinsel direkt auf die Kopfhaut aufgetragen wird. Eine Plastikhaube darüber und 1 Stunde ziehen lassen. Dann kämmen und mit einem milden Shampoon auswaschen.

Massiere die Kopfhaut mit ein paar Tropfen Apfelessig/Wassermischung von 1:3, so wird die Durchblutung angeregt und das Wachstum gefördert.

Spülung: Man mischt 3 El Apfelessig mit 1 Tasse Wasser und tränkt damit das Haar. Nach 3 Minuten mit lauwarmen Wasser ausspülen. Es pflegt, stärkt und gibt Glanz.

Gegen Haarausfall: Apfelessigwasser 1/1 vor dem Schlafengehen ind die Kopfhaut einmassieren.
