Hallo zusammen 

Hat irgendjemand schon mal Erfahrungen mit Hauswurz gemacht? Wie wird das aufbereitet?  Nimmt man das ein oder verwendet man es äußerlich?

Vielen Dank für die Links.

Eine griechische Freundin hatte es mir empfohlen. Anscheinend wohl ein altes Heilmittel,  das ihre Oma schon erfolgreich auf allen problematischen Hautstellen angewendet hat.

Ich schau es mir mal an.
