Hallo zusammen.

Ich hatte schon vor einiger Zeit von den sog. Ascomycin-Derivaten gelesen.

Sie sollen eine SEHR gute Wirkung auf die Psoriasis haben, mit entsprechend wenig Nebenwirkungen. (Wirkung lt. Studien schon nach 28 Tagen!!!).

Sie sollen das Immunsystem NICHT beeinträchtigen bzw. unterdrücken, und es sollen KEINE neg. Beeinträchtigungen auf die Nieren und auf die Leber geben. Salben dazu gibt es schon.(für die Gesichts-Psoriasis)

Aber ín Form von Tabletten? Letzte Info war: Es sollten noch Studien über die richtige Dosis vorgenommen werden: Sind diese evtl. schon beendet?
