Hat jemand Erfahrung mit Infrarot in Kabinen wie Sauna?

Hallo 👋

Leider nein. Das Thema würde mich allerdings ebenfalls interessieren. Ich habe PPP und würde das Zuhaus zumindest auch mal mit einer vorhandenen Infrarotlampe versuchen. Falls ich dran denke werde ich nach 2 Wochen nochmal antworten.
