Hallo!

Gestern sah ich um 14 Uhr einen Beitrag Im DFG.TV über PSO.

Prof. Röcker meinte, dass bei PSO eine ausgewogene Ernährung genügt und eine Diät nichts bringt. Einzige Ausnahme: der Alkohol!:smile-alt:

Die Sendung war sehr informativ und konnte ich online am Laptop empfangen.

Hallo,

der Diäten - Wahn ist, meiner Meinung nach, ein "alter Hut"...

Wenn man nicht offensichtlich auf bestimmte Speisen oder Gewürze reagiert... kann man ruhig reinhauen ;-)

Höchstwahrscheinlich lebt man nur einmal.... Und, warum unbedingt gesund sterben?
