Löcher im Fußnagel

Bei mir wachsen am großen Zeh die Fußnägel mit großen Löchern im Nagel, hat das auch jemand schon einmal beobachtet? Was kann man dagegen tun? Ansonsten halten sich die Stellen an den Fingern in Grenzen.

am fußnagel noch nicht aber hin und wieder kommt das bei mir an den fingern durch...

ich nehme dann immer schwefeltabletten und die nägel wachsen dann immer sofort wieder normal nach
