Möchte mich kurz vorstellen:

Bin 43 J, m., aus NRW und selbstständig in der Blechverarbeitungsbranche. Habe seit meinem 22. LJ Schuppenfleche auf der Kopfhaut. z. Zt. behandele ich mit einer Nizoralcreme nach dem Duschen, und mit Terzolin. Möchte aber jetzt intensiv und vor allem offensiv mit diesem Thema umgehen, und hoffe hier Anstöße zu finden. Gebe gerne meine gemachten Erfahrungen weiter, weil ich über die Jahre die Ausbreitung verhindern und sogar etwas eindämmen konnte.
