Hallo ich habe Schuppenflechte erst seit 20 Tagen am Körper. (Zuvor hatte ich es nur am Kpof). Nun habe ich vom Arzt Salben bekommen mit Cortison sie helfen etwas bin aber noch nciht wirklcih zufrieden.

Habt ihr vlt Tipps was man machen kann wenn man die Schuppenflechte noch nicht so lange hat um sie möglichst im Schacht zu halten ?

Hallo jasii!

vllt. hilft dir ja einfache Sonnenbank. Falls nicht, frag deinen HautDoc nach einer UV-Bestrahlung in seiner Praxis, viele Dermatologen bieten das an.
