Extra hier für cyb die das Rezept gerne wollte:

2 EL Kokosflocken

2 EL Leinsamen (optional - ich mag sie gern und sie enthalten Omega3-Fettsäuren)

1 EL Backkakao

5 EL Naturjoghurt oder Quark (je nachdem was man mag und verträgt) bitte den cremigen und nicht den bröckeligen Magerdingens

Alles miteinander verrühren und nach Geschmack süßen.

feddisch und lecker :)
